In-Store Returns Policy

Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for exchange or store credit only. Merchandise must be in original and unworn condition, accompanied by original gift box with all warranty cards and explanation booklets intact. Discounted items, special orders, altered pieces (including ring and watch sizing) and custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable.

Refunds will only be given in the form of store credit.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and may be used for purchase only.
